“Brought in 2008 Trailblazer to have tire monitor serviced on Monday, April 30th. Rick in Service took very good care of me. It turned out that the SUV needed warranty service done to take care of the issue. He was sweet enough to help me get a Knapp rent car. Since Rick was able to get it fixed in a day's time, I wasn't charged for the rent car. Further, My key remote wasn't working and he took it apart and cleaned it and now it works like a charm. Rick knows his cars and takes good care of his customers. The Knapp rental group was also very kind and very professional too. The sweet young girl who waited on me even washed the car before giving it to me and it was on such sort notice. I think Knapp is a great place to get a Chevrolet or GM car serviced!"
