I purchased a 2013 Camaro 1LT. It was my first purchase from this dealership and I had a great experience buying this car from Knapp Chevrolot for several reasons. I have never had a salesman that I purchased a vehicle from, follow-up with me like Freddy Barras did. He was so helpful, he even drove to my job and picked up my plates from my old car (which was my mistake that I took them with me, as well as my spare key to my old car so that I wouldn't have to drive over to the dealership since it's not very close to where I work or live. He got in my car with me and showed me how to set up bluetooth on my phone as well as the onstar and how to navigate my touch screen. He was very patient and made sure I fully understood everything before I left. I really appreciated everything he did for me, he definitely went above and beyond in costomer service. Also, after I finished signing everything with Mike Brodeur, he recommended that I go back to Lonestar where I bought my previous car and cancel my gap insurance so that I could get some money back. Not only would I have never known to do that, but I guarantee Lonestar would've never said anything about it. I was able to get over $900 back from canceling two forms of insurance. I cannot express enough how much I appreciated him taking the time to tell me that and looking at all my old documents to make sure that I knew exactly what to do.
