We have free shuttle service for customers that may require a ride to work. Knapp deals with all Insurance Companies estimates or we can write an estimate for you to send to your Insurance Company. If you are in need of a rental vehicle while your vehicle is in for repairs, we can arrange a vehicle from Hertz or Enterprise. We also offer Towing for damaged vehicles that can not be driven to the shop.

We’ll create a written estimate of what’s recommended to complete the repair, and we will offer Genuine GM Parts. In addition, if there is other service work that is required to restore your vehicle to pre-accident condition, we have Certified Service technicians on hand. We will review this estimate with you and address any questions you may have.
